How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at info@thevitaminsco.com within 60 days of your purchase. Please provide your order number, contact information, and reason for return.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Unopened products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund. Opened products may qualify for a partial refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product issue or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email info@thevitaminsco.com with your order details and a photo of the item within 7 days of receiving your order.

Subscription Returns

Subscription orders can be paused or canceled any time, but we require that at least two subscription deliveries have been completed before cancellation.

Refunds on subscriptions are available for products returned in unopened, original condition.
